EXHIBITIONS

Neighborhood Project

Ongoing

The Neighborhood Project is a collaborative initiative of BPC members to document the unique neighborhoods of the metropolitan Boston area: their people, their places, and their personalities that enrich our sense of community and give us our identity. We are using documentary photography to tell the stories of "who we are" in more than 15 metro neighborhoods. The portfolios that are posted now are from the beginning phase of the project; we will complete it by the end of Summer 2009, and invite you to check back and see the finished project. We will also have information about where the photos will be exhibited in the Boston area.

City of Lights: New York City Weekend

Dec 20-22, 2008

New York City is a wonderful place to photograph during the holiday season, perhaps the best time of the year! The hustle and bustle of the shopper-filled streets, the beauty of ice skaters in Central Park on a sunny day, the elaborate decorations in store windows and, of course, the giant tree at Rockefeller Center are all a part of the holiday spirit.
